Appdor vs Quickbase

Competitor figures are US list prices per editor per month on annual billing, July 2026. Appdor is priced in euros. The two are not subtracted from each other on this page, because a number in no currency is not a saving.

Moving a Quickbase base into Appdor

Settings → Import → Import from Quickbase. A Quickbase user token; tables, fields and formulas (including var blocks) come across.

Every import ends in a fidelity report that names what was translated, what was approximated and what did not come across. A saved view that lost its filter is raised as blocked, not buried as a note — you read the list before anyone works in the new base.

Or we do it with you

One base, one call, up to two hours: we run the import together, translate the formulas, reconnect the links and hand over the fidelity report. €490 one-off, and free for the first five teams — the code FIRSTFIVE is applied for you on the link below while those five last.

What Appdor is not

It holds no compliance certification. The Airtable connection is a token, not a sign-in button. Self-hosting moves risk rather than deleting it: you own backups, upgrades and uptime, and the hosted plan exists for teams that would rather not. If Quickbase is working for you, this page is not an argument to leave it — it is what the alternative looks like when you want to know.
